    Tell us a little bit about E-Venture Business Solutions.

    E-Venture Business Solutions is a Management Consulting and Interim Management company. We support international firms in establishing their operation in the GCC, providing vertical services in several areas of competence like Business Development, Business Administration, and Information Technology.

    As a business owner, what are your top three priorities?

    To put passion in what I do, take care of my clients, and listen to my people. But it is one priority!

    How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

    After many years of developing businesses worldwide as an employee, I have decided to do it as an entrepreneur.

    To what do you attribute your success?

    I leave the unpleasant task of judging my success to somebody else. However, I firmly believe the capability of bringing people from different organizations, even outside the same company, is a fundamental professional asset.

    What’s one thing you see small business owners failing to do?

    Entrepreneurs in different countries face different problems. Judging the history of an entrepreneurial adventure is complicated and sometimes unfair, especially in these difficult times. But being too jealous regarding the business avoiding any cooperation with other firms is a well-known issue.

    How did you hear about Servcorp?

    The first time I've heard about Servcorp was thanking my professional network when I was the COO of a Swiss financial institution. Becoming a client was a natural step for me.

    How long have you been a Servcorp client, and what has impressed you the most about our service?

    Nearly three years with Servcorp, focusing on my business objectives only, thanking the support of a fantastic team always there when needed. You feel like your staff is taking care of your office, even when you are abroad. Is there a need of adding anything else?

    What advice would you give to the next generation of leaders?

    The only suggestion I can provide is to always remember that ethics and productiveness are "surprisingly" two sides of the same coin.

    If you had to start over from scratch, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

    Many things for sure as everybody has its own learning curve. However, understanding your mistakes is only part of the challenge. The real achievement is not to repeat them.

    Who are the leaders that inspire you and why?

    I don't have famous names to mention or sentences to quote, but people who were important for my carrier, yes. Ladies and gentlemen unknown to the most, people conducting their business with ethics and principles, working hard and professionally, always there to help, regardless of your rank and social status, people able to believe in a common objective. They were, and many of them still are, the engine of prominent corporations that would not even exist without them. And the fantastic thing is that sometimes those people were in my teams.
