Designed by Rod Roach Architecture and Woods Bagot Adelaide, this eye catching commercial building opened in 1988.  Each of its 30 storeys are 4 metres high, and incorporate 360 degree views, column free floor space, large floor plates in excess of 1,000sqm, and finishes of the highest quality.

Recent refurbishments have improved the buildings’ sustainability credentials, obtaining a NABERS rating of 4 stars.  Upgrades to the ground floor and lobby area include unique wall to wall hand woven tapestry.

From its superior vantage point, Westpac House boats superb views spanning Adelaide Hills, Glenelg Beach, Botanic Gardens, the new world class Adelaide Oval and unobstructed views of planes landing and taking off from the airport.

The building has an onsite café and leads directly into Topham Mall which has additional cafes, retail outlets, a florist, and a beauty salon.

Yes, Servcorp's meeting rooms and boardrooms at Westpac House, Adelaide are available to hire for an entire day or even as little as 10 minutes! There are no lock in contracts so you can make a one-off booking or secure a meeting room on an as-need basis.

When you book a meeting room with Servcorp, catering options and refreshments including coffee and tea are just some of the premium services you will receive.

At Westpac House, Adelaide we extend the hospitality to your guests and believe that their experience should be exceptional and professional. Make your first impression count!

We understand that sometimes things are out of your control! As a Servcorp client you have the flexibility to cancel or amend your meeting room booking up to 48 hours before the reservation for a full refund. Cancellations or amendments within 48 hours are refunded 50% and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Our receptionists at Westpac House, Adelaide will professionally greet your guests upon arrival so that they know how to reach their meeting room and can settle in comfortably.

Servcorp's meeting rooms, board rooms and day suites at Westpac House, Adelaide are accessible within business hours (8:30am - 5:30pm).

We can also accommodate for after hours access up to 7pm if needed (additional charges for after hours meeting room access will apply).

No sweat, if your meeting, conference or interview goes over the booked time we can accommodate for this, as long as there is no booking for the space directly after yours (additional charges for the time outside your booking will apply).
