All Servcorp Serviced and Virtual Office clients are automatically registered to use Hottdesk™. Hottdesk™ is an online facility which enables you to manage your business from anywhere in the world. For example, book administrative support, reserve meeting or boardrooms, print to any Servcorp office location, store, access and distribute your electronic files, conduct online meetings via WebEx, convert your computer into a VoIP phone, and perform many other tasks easily, conveniently wherever you can access the internet.

A licensed copy of Microsoft Office 2003 is available for your use via Hottdesk™. You can store files on Hottdesk™ and access them from any Internet connected PC running Windows.

Use WebEx to meet with anyone, anywhere in real time over the web. Holding a WebEx online meeting allows you to collaborate, communicate and connect instantly as you present information and share applications without leaving your office.

File Transfer

You can move files from your desktop to the Microsoft Office Portal allowing you to access your files from any PC in the world, share files with team members in other cities around the world, and print documents to any Servcorp location.
