Also, if you are a Serviced Office client, you can "Test the Waters" in a different location within the Servcorp network with a free 2-month Virtual Office membership (standard usage charges apply).

We believe to fully understand Servcorp you need to see it for yourself. We invite you to tour with us in a location convenient for you by either completing our online form or contacting your location manager.

How many people can a Servcorp office accommodate?

Your Serviced Office can cost effectively accommodate up to 10 team members.

How long does it take to set up an office for me?

Your office will be operational in as little as 24 hours, or as required to accommodate your schedule.

How long is my Serviced Office contract commitment?

The minimum contract term at Servcorp is one month.

How is a Servcorp Serviced Office more cost effective than renting my own office space?

At Servcorp you get the facilities, services and infrastructure of a multinational corporation for less than the cost of a secretary.

As a Serviced Office client you have two fixed costs:

• Office rental
• Communication rental

For all additional services Servcorp charges by usage. Put another way, you pay for what you use only, nothing else.

What is a Servcorp Virtual Office?

A Servcorp Virtual Office is everything but the office. You can choose to work from home, or from anywhere and get the professional team, facilities and infrastructure of a multinational corporation, without the cost. Choose the package that best fits your needs and budget. From a simple address, meeting or communication package to a combination or all three you choose what you need for your business.

How would a Virtual Office enable me to work from home?

A Servcorp Virtual Office is invaluable to your business if you are working from home - or from anywhere - and require;

Can Servcorp provide a receptionist to answer my calls in my company name?

Yes, simply select a package with call answering. Your Servcorp receptionist will answer your calls promptly in your company name.

Our highly trained receptionists operate the finest communications equipment available. Your line will never ring engaged and your communications will be handled professionally and confidentially.

Your incoming calls are transferred to your home, office, mobile phone - or anywhere in the world. You choose how you want to receive your messages- 24/7 voicemail, SMS text messaging, voicemail to email messaging, or fax.

What are the costs involved in a Virtual Office? Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs. You have one fixed cost: your monthly Virtual Office membership fee. For additional services Servcorp charges by usage. Put another way, you pay for what you use only, nothing else.

How do I become a Virtual Office member?

It's simple. Sign up online and a Virtual Office manager will contact you immediately. You simply choose the package[s] and location of your choice, and you will be operational within 24 hours. Or you can choose to sign up via telephone or email.

How long does it take to set up a Virtual Office for me?

We require only 24 hours to get you fully operational, whether you sign up online, by telephone, email or fax.

How do I apply for a Virtual Office online? Is it secure?

Yes, it's easy and secure. Simply go to our Virtual Office web page and choose the package[s] and location of your choice. Click on 'Set up your Virtual Office' to go to Servcorp's secure form (SSL Secure Encrypted Site).

You will receive your dedicated telephone number immediately.

How long is my Virtual Office contract commitment?

One month. A Servcorp Virtual Office is a month to month commitment.

How will I receive my invoices from Servcorp?

You receive your invoice details online via Hottdesk™. Our exclusive billing system means with a click of the mouse you get a detailed account breakdown. It's an easy way for you to settle your accounts and to on charge your clients at month end. Your rental is paid monthly in advance, services monthly in arrears.
