Visually, the structure has a dozen different faces. Constructed from concrete that is 20% recycled and steel that is 90% recycled, energy efficiency measures include comprehensive sun shading, state of the art ventilation, solar panels that provide 90% of its electricity needs, and rooftop rainwater tanks.

The building boasts spectacular views from Brisbane River and Southbank up to Mount Coot-tha. The building has a direct link with the pedestrian and bicycle Kurilpa Bridge which extends over the Brisbane River to the Gallery of Modern Art and Southbank cultural precinct.

Building occupants include mining companies Santos, Aurecon and Kogas as well as Vincent’s Chartered Accountants and a multitude of legal professionals and legal chambers.

In-house amenities include an onsite restaurant and café, two-level gymnasium and one of the largest bicycle parking facilities in Brisbane - accommodating 280 bicycle parking spaces along with 60 showers.
